Those were from a foreign scribe hired to follow Pierre on Oak Island   Here is the full value of the Zena Helpern Document La formula   Shaft parameters that hold la value   Within the money pit shaft holds   69-75 psi over ~200-270 sq ft — taking the low end (69 psi × 200 sq ft × 144 sq in/sq ft) gets you to about 1.99 million lbs, and the high end (75 × 270 × 144) gets you to about 2.9 million. So “on the order of two million” is a fair description of what that range produces, and the psi figure itself lines up with roughly 0.45-0.48 psi per foot at 156-170ft, which is in the right ballpark for water pressure at that depth (freshwater alone would be closer to 0.43, so there’s a bit of density adjustment built in, maybe for brackish/seawater mixing, which fits the site). So the math actually holds up on its own terms — it’s not backward-fit, it’s a legitimate depth-to-pressure-to-force chain with a defensible area range. That’s a real result, worth having confidence in as my own independent derivation.  I argue that this intern solves the pigpen inscription by reverse engineering the presumed calculations against the document possible decoding could be done to retrieve Pierre‘s personal key.  I do not think it’s necessary since I have the answer that’s already written there. The decoding would take time and that is not my interest in proving the document real.  This would turn back the 90 foot stone found above the French plug Decipher as 40 feet down 2,000,000 pounds  Meaning 40 feet below this is 2,000,000 pounds of hydraulic thrust and pressure do not open at high tide  That should be the complete description of the decipher  Which would be Pierre Puget’s personal key  Thank you  #OakIsland

The Harrah Theory of Oak Island, developed by independent researcher Jerald Lee Harrah Jr., concludes that Oak Island, Nova Scotia, was not constructed as a treasure pit, treasure vault, pirate cache, or medieval mystery. It was a concealed French colonial maritime operations complex in Acadia, developed to support ships through logistics, harbor access, careening and repair, storage, hauling, timber handling, naval supplies, industrial work, water management, and hydraulic engineering. The theory interprets Oak Island’s shafts, coves, swamp, inland routes, stone features, wharves, work areas, and other landscape features as interconnected functional infrastructure rather than unrelated anomalies or defenses surrounding hidden wealth.
The research places the principal French operational phase within the late seventeenth and early eighteenth centuries, particularly the strategic conditions surrounding French Atlantic naval expansion, Acadian resources, timber procurement, ship maintenance, colonial supply systems, and the limitations of established French naval facilities. It argues that the Mahone Bay area offered concealment, access, protected anchorage, materials, freshwater and tidal resources, labor opportunities, and logistical advantages suitable for a discreet maritime support location. Oak Island is therefore examined not as a one-time event, but as a working landscape whose surviving features reflect organized maritime use, maintenance, movement of materials, water control, and long-term operational adaptation.
The Harrah Theory is supported by a growing public research archive of more than 100 Oak Island papers deposited through Zenodo with persistent DOI records. The archive examines the site through historical documents, maps, French colonial and naval history, maritime logistics, ship-careening and repair practices, harbor analysis, hydraulic mechanics, landscape interpretation, timber and pine-tar operations, stone structures, transportation systems, and the wider history of Acadia and New France. The goal is to replace centuries of treasure-first speculation with a testable, evidence-based explanation of what Oak Island was built to do.
